I have always been a fan of films that provide incredible soundtracks. What are some of your favorites and why?

@Barneyonmovies Favorite scores of 2016? Hmm. To be honest, there really hasn't been anything that stands out. I don't think I saw any film that has a score that'll be immortalized. Everything is so generic.

@TheFilmRascalShow I think there's been some good stuff in there; I'd recommend listening to Nocturnal Animals or Hell or High Water - they're both incredible. Some other favourites for me were High Rise, Magnificent 7 and X-Men Apocalypse!

@Barneyonmovies Ok, so the first film (at least for me) to have a memorable film score and one that actually stood out as I was watching the movie, is James Newton Howard's score to Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them (2016)

I have to add Sing Street (2016) to my list after I saw it. The soundtrack was amazing!

@Barneyonmovies I loved the score for Arrival in 2016. The director and composer are teaming up again for Blade Runner: 2049, so I'm really excited for that.

Definitely sing street and La La Land for me. Still angry Sing Street didn't even get nominated @SceneItReviews

Goodfellas also has an amazing soundtrack.
