Philomena is about an Irish woman trying to find her son who was taken away from her at a young age. This is an excellent drama with a great meaty role for Judi Dench who is exquisite. Her Irish accent is spot on and she is just delightful to watch. Steve Coogan was also consistent as the serious journalist. Wonderful script, quick pacing and plenty of British wit. Not only that, but it's not everyday you see Judi Dench in a Harvester...0 member like this review.
