Trolls (2016) is the story of Poppy (Anna Kendrick) and Branch (Justin Timberlake), two Trolls who set out on a journey to rescue a friend who has been taken by the evil Bergens. "Trolls" is a super cute movie with incredibly vibrant colors and a story that will entertain both kids and adults alike. The voice talent which is led by Anna Kendrick (Poppy) and Justin Timberlake (Branch) was terrific. The film features a diverse selection of animation styles which includes both computer generated animation and traditional stop motion animation. I have always been a fan of stop-motion animation, and this film's approach of using it for scrapbooking is something I appreciate. Anyway, a movie can encourage young children to create art easily is OK with me. I also really enjoyed the excellent and diverse selection of modern and classic songs that were reimagined for the film. I give Trolls (2016) a 7 out of 10.
