  • Going in my expectations were not high despite some of my favourite movie critics/reviewers claiming they were pleasantly surprised by the movie.

I think it's my lowered expectations going in that really helped me enjoy this movie. The performances in most part were good except for David Beckhams but then he isn't exactly an actor so I'm not going to fault him on it. I'm sure Al Pacino or Russell Crowe couldn't score a winning goal in the dying seconds of a match against Greece ensuring England would qualify for the World Cup. I'm not saying to was bad but it definitely took me out of the movie while he was on the screen.

Charlie Hunam is a great leading man....Nearly. He was good in this movie but not on the level the top billed leading men in Hollywood currently. That being said I believe he will get their as long as he picks his roles wisely.

Jude Law made you hate his character which is as higher praise as I can give. Your supposed to hate him and you truly do.

The one part of the movie that was undeniable good in my opinion was the score. I really found in this case it helped this slightly above average movie keep me engaged.

I really would advise everyone to ignore the negative critics and reviews and go out and see for yourself whether this is for you , or at least check it out once released to download.

Slight warning though, if you have an irrational fear of Snakes their is no film since Snakes on the Plane that you should avoid more.
