Terminator 2 (DA DUN DUN DA DUNNNN) is an outstanding blockbuster. I mean the film just kept on giving! The CGI was revolutionary back in the early 90's and has aged well, the car chase scenes were filmed remarkably well and the acting was solid throughout. Sci-Fi blockbusters do not come better than this. The T-1000 was a worthy opponent with many tricks that just kept on impressing me. I loved the whole realism to the film and heck they even attempted to explain the time travel plot. The child playing John Connor wasn't annoying, Linda Hamilton was a badass and Schwarzenegger was likeable as the Terminator with slight human qualities. I even appreciated making it a father figure to John, made the final scene touching. James Cameron is an extremely talented director in making blockbusters and it's not often I give an action film full marks, but this definitely gets it.
