  • Goldeneye (DA-DUNNNNNN) was Brosnan's first Bond film...and easily his best. After the Timothy Dalton era, we needed a more classical approach to the Bond franchise and this was it. Full of great action scene, witty dialogue and memorable characters (Xenia Onatopp...you can't make it up!) It's just so enjoyable and timeless, easily in the top five best Bond films. The theme tune is great, the musical score was quite eerie and the plot was not too silly! The only gripe I have, is that the editing was occasionally too fast for its own good, it practically switched scenes as soon as the last word of dialogue was said...no pause or anything. It felt quite sudden and rushed. But guys, it's Goldeneye and it's amazing.
