House At The End Of The Street is a guilty pleasure movie. I acknowledge that it suffers from typical Hollywood cliches like "girl wanders around woods at night" and "walks into creepy basement by herself". Buuuuuut I like it. Jennifer Lawrence is watchable, the twists and turns were great (especially on first-time viewing) and the direction was pretty consistent. It's a good movie to watch with friends.
