I was not expecting much from this movie, as it being a TV movie. Grey Gardens takes the original Grey Gardens and builds on it with backstory and what happened during and after the filming of the documentary. The acting from Drew Barrymore and Jessica Lange was PHENOMENAL. The dialogue between the characters is made from great writing. The cinematography changing from the documentary camera to a modern camera is creative and it works. Grey Gardens is a near perfect film.0 member like this review.
