  Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is the film in the series that I just can't connect with. Sure the acting is consistent, the visuals are great and the story progresses...but something is missing. The magic. I didn't have a sense of awe or wonderment, in fact half the film is just the pointless "Yule ball" subplot so that we can start establishing relationships...but all it does is highlight how horny these teenagers are becoming (which I don't care about). Some memorable and important scenes though: first innocent death, Voldemort return...but the last 30 minutes can't save me from a two and a half hour film.
