Marisé Álvarez is a Puerto Rican actress and comedian, founding member of the Teatro Breve collective. He studied drama at the University of Puerto Rico and a master's degree in theater at the University of Manchester. At the same time, very young, he started in the theater. In 2007 he made his film debut appearing in "Maldeamores (2007)", by Benicio Del Toro and a year later he premiered on television with "Che - El argentino" and "Che: Guerrilla". Since then, he has alternated interventions in Spanish-speaking and English-speaking cinema. In 2013 she was nominated for Best Actress for her role as Lita in the short film "My Heart".
