A production infamously rife with issues, the film was nicknamed flaws by members of the production. This movie was destined to be a failure, from the uncooperative nature of Bruce the shark and Robert Shaw to the near-catastrophic accidents that occurred on set and on sea, this movie was destined to sink hard. Steven Spielberg, rose from the ashes, and produced the first summer blockbuster, and one of the best structured films of all time; in doing this, he spawned countless remakes and imitations that pale in comparison because Jaws is just.
