Truth be told, Comedy is not my go-to genre. I've often heard/read that Comedy is hard, much harder to achieve than Drama. Well this film had me howling in laughter, close to laughing-tears. I've always been a fan of Regina Hall (her antics in the Scary Movie franchise are hilarious). But she's much more reserved here, which allows Tiffany Haddish to breakout and steal every scene she's in. Girls Trip strikes the right balance of raunchy and heart. I had a blast! Easily the best Comedy film I've seen this year. See it!2 member like this review.
