Though I'm sucker for a bad movie, it's no fun when the makers of a bad film know it AND reference that it is bad in fourth wall breaks which would make Tommy Wiseau wince. The concept is dumb but fun. A killer llama from outer space. And, in all honesty, one can find minor joy in the gory kills and random footage of a llama with red eyes hastily glued on in post.
Tragically not even a killer llama from outer space can win me over when wave after wave of inside jokes and 'know what I mean, know what I mean' gags little you down. The whole experience felt like those moments when everybody else around you is privy to a joke you aren't involved in. But only the joke is so bad you go past feeling jealous and just wish you never heard it in the first place. You begin to reminisce of those halcyon days before hearing the joke, when children frolicked in fields, the sun shone brightly and llama's grazed in peace. Thankfully, you don't reminisce for long as the film is totally forgettable. Thank God.0 member like this review.
