This Coen brothers' 2010 remake has all the production aspects of an old-fashioned, bold, raucously funny classic film. It's a Western that depends heavily on dialogue and emotions rather than extreme gunfights. And that, perhaps, is the biggest selling point for True Grit.1 member likes this review.
