SWISS ARMY MAN is one "dick and fart joke" after another, but in a good way.

SAM is the story of Hank (Paul Dano) who finds a corpse named Manny (Daniel Radcliffe) while attempting to commit suicide on a deserted island. All hope is lost for Hank when Manny washes ashore. As it turns out, Manny the corpse can actually speak, think, and keep Hank company as he tries to find a way back into civilization.

Both Dano and Radcliffe do a tremendous job playing their characters. Radcliffe, especially, is very convincing as a corpse who somehow becomes a "human Swiss Army knife." Manny's farts are instrumental as well as his corpse penis. His corpse penis at some point becomes a compass. Yep. You heard that right.

The soundtrack is nothing short of amazing, but strange. Its not a soundtrack that one is used to hearing movies. Most of the soundtrack seems to be created in Hank's mind. Matter of fact, the viewer is left wondering how much is actually in Hank's mind. Is he crazy? Or is this really happening? You'll have to watch.

I will say, however, that the film does take a bit of patience and suspension of disbelief. Its essentially a artsy-fartsy hipster's wet dream. But its well worth sticking around til the end.
