  I had high hopes for THE OTHER SIDE OF THE DOOR. Unfortunately, it proved to be yet another addition to the endless list of wasted opportunities at what could've been a good horror movie.
  
  About half way through the movie, I found myself pressing the "display" button on the remote to see how much longer it was before it was over. After that, it was a chore.
  
  This movies relies heavily on Hindu superstitions and jump-scares. However, even the lazy cliché jump scares lead to nowhere.
  
  I will say that I liked the locations and set designs. Some of the visual fx were cool, but very unoriginal.
  
  Watch this only if there's nothing else on. If you do, you may be more forgiving.
