  Dead Men Tell No Tales gave all that it could possibly give. Great visuals with a script and story that was likely watered down to be a better fit for families and younger viewers. After the 2nd film in the franchise it became clear that there isn't much more to be offered besides another mystic treasure, comical moments and dead pirates. With that in mind, I gave up on the last two sequels ... never gave them a chance. So because I have been away from the franchise a while I decided to jump back in with this film and I actually liked it. Not enough to go back and watch the others. Not enough to give it a high rating. But enough to feel satisfied. I got what I was expecting.
