This documentary is bursting with love. From both the filmmakers and Mr Rogers himself, the whole documentary feels like a warm embrace.

Being British I never watched Mr Roger's Neighborhood. Seeing this documentary, I wish it was broadcast in England. The weighty, adult topics explored through a lens of love are obviously vital to a child's growth and I wish I had that in my television.

Whilst the film is filled with love, there is an underlying sour note. The documentary's ending has a melancholic atmosphere, in a post 9/11 world. In regards to the hectic world today, I couldn't help but wish we still had Fred Rogers to remind us of that essential element to life; that essential element which is lost so often today. Love.
