    Happy New Year,everyone!
And please STOP with the 'New Year,New Me' thing,ok?!?
    Onto the review.
After coming out from 'Coco' refreshed me in many ways, mostly because not only is it the best animated movie of 2017,but also because I was satisfied in seeing a truly good movie after a lineup of decent or 'Garbage' movies (only this Fall, not 2017 as a whole).
With this movie being a Pixar production,it should be a cliche saying that the animation is getting close to photorealistic. Not only the water, but also the cobblestone felt real, and this time, the charachters didn't feel out of place thanks to Lee Unkrich (Toy Story 3) and Adrian Molina's immaculate way of directing.
Adrian Molina takes most of the movie's credit in terms of writing, direction and also music (while Michael Giacchino's score makes the Mexican culture feel accurate, more than John Powell's Ferdinand),and, honestly, nothing felt misdirected. The theme of this movie "Remember Me" isn't played infinite times like if it wants to be an Oscar Contender, the screen play doesn't have any 'nonsensical' or 'misguided' lines or scenes and some of the soundtrack's secondary choices like ''Un Poco Loco'' and ''The World Es Mi Familia'' can be catchy at some point. Even the cast doesn't feel like they are there for a paycheck, and yes (a thousand times yes),I can feel a great future for Anthony Gonzalez's glorious voice.
Now let's not go full fanboy, because, sure, this movie is flawless, but it's not as flawless as,say,Wall-E or Toy Story 2,but it is still some true Pixar stuff (especially after the impressive Cars 3),and it is (indeed) better than some other Pixar movies like the Crs Franchise or A Bug's Life.
Summing it up,Coco is beautiful. The story feels like a lesson about Mexican culture while being an Animated flick, the voicecast is gorgeous and the animation makes it the 2nd best movie of 2017 in terms of "Artistic Imagery".
