  Gnome Alone is the definition of derivative. It's a bland reflection of Home Alone, The Spiderwick Chronicles, Toy Story, Gnomeo and Juliet e.t.c. e.t.c...
  
  For a child, the film will pass as watchable. For, colour bursts out of Chloe's hair and the surrounding candy-like world. Meanwhile, we get the obligatory toilet humour from Quicksilver and a half hearted inclusion of mobile phones which amounts to nothing more than a meagre criticism, much like one grandma would make.
