    The first two thirds of the film are just OK, but when the insanity truly kicks in in the last third of the film, it elevates the film quite a bit. The last third of this movie is bat shit crazy, but I loved every minute of it. My biggest complaint for this film was that I wanted the last third of the film to be longer. Less build up and more of the "the town has lost it's damn mind"!
