I love this documentary. If you're a fan of all-things Halloween and love the idea that there are people passionate about their "haunts", then you will love this too.
THE AMERICAN SCREAM follows three families and their obsession with having the best haunt in the neighborhood.There are moments when you can't help feel either embarrassed or inspired by what you're seeing on the screen. Either way, you will fall in love with these people.
The doc is well-paced and before you know it, the end credits are rolling. And once that happens, you will want to see it again. This is one fans of the holiday should re-visit every year along with their many other Halloween classics.
