Suicide squad has a juicy cast, an upbeat soundtrack and a great (albeit subtle) sense of self-awareness. Smith, Robbie and Davis are the standouts, with Courtney (yes, Jai) and Hernandez also contributing to smaller but key roles. Its somewhat blatant that there was some studio interference, but some choppy editing and a less than stellar plot aren't enough to sink the characters, their dynamics, some comedy and some fun action that Suicide Squad delivers on.1 member likes this review.
