The only reason I saw this Michael Bay-produced sequel is because, yes, I am a fan of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I'm talking about the animated series, comic books, and the movies from the 90's. So naturally, I had to see this one even though I absolutely hated the first one. Guess what! This one didn't suck.

"It didn't suck?," you ask. Nope. But it also wasn't good. Far from it.

For what it was, and with all its problems, I didn't dislike it. I actually had a somewhat good time watching this movie with its razor-thin plot, horrible casting choices (I'm looking at you, Stephen Amell), and horrible characterization of the evil Krang. It was so annoying hearing that CGI alien speak.

Watch this only if you feel like its what you have to do. You probably wont hate it like we did with the first one.
