STARGATE is one of those 90s movies that was truly a product of its time and if we still enjoy it now, its because it instills nostalgia.
By no means is it a bad movie. Nope. On the contrary. It is a fun movie that doesn't take itself too serious and gives the audience enough to nibble on.
If you haven't seen this movie (by the way, this is disaster-movie king Roland Emmerich's work before Independence Day), then go ahead and give it a chance. It may not appeal to those who weren't around for the 90's, but it will still resonate with those who did.1 member likes this review.
