  WHAT I LIKED: Now that virtually everyone on screen here is a full-on vampire or warewolf, gone is the story of teenage angst and intrigue as 'Breaking Dawn - Part 2,' is the film in which this franchise truly embraces its mythology. Yes things are no longer about mystery and relationships now, they're all about full-blown vampire legend and big battle sequences, and that gives this final chapter a kind of satisfying feeling where the series really aknowledges its interesting background. With that, it then goes full goofy on us (albeit with the most daring and spectacular visuals yet - god those opening titles are beautiful), and the result will have you smiling and thanking the makers if you're as big a fan of the franchise as many are.
  WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE: That grungy relationship stuff that made the first film so good is long gone here.
  VERDICT: An all-out crazy finale to this franchise that properly embraces the legends and lore, 'Breaking Dawn - Part 2,' is a surprising and fitting end to this series that yet again proves these films aren't as bad as everyone likes to believe.
