The Nun! Another film from the conjuring universe. I love the conjuring films, they're creepy, haunting and very entertaining! The Nun starts off in a predictable horror film fashion and unfortunately it continues this way! Your at the cinema saying who in there right mind would leave there safe bed to run out into a grave yard to follow a noise or creature.... The music for the film was great, it added to the gothic value of living in a old monastery but I felt like it didn't really explore the surroundings to much and make use of the location sadly. The Nun itself doesn't even make to much of an appearance until the very end. This isn't so bad as the nun does have a hovering presence which gets explored throughout the film.

The Nun could have been much creepier and much more interesting. There's alot that could have been explored. Such as the Vatican sending miracle hunters and so on. It was let down by turning it into a zombie mesh of dead nuns and less of haunting nuns. Disappointing!! It all links to the conjuring films ofcourse but there isn't the dedication to make it scary and unpredictable. There is even a Jaws moment in the nun.

Overall its a Rentable journey which could have been explored further with more details in the characters and "demons" which could have been just as good as the conjuring films
