The quasi-musical "Saturday Church", written and directed by Damon Cardasis tells the story of Ulysses (Luka Kain), a young boy yet to fully accept his gender/sexual identity and his journey of acceptance. Though largely a positive-focused narrative, it doesn't shy away from including many of the pitfalls that occur within the LGBTQ community. Additionally, this absolute marvel of a film is also prone to breaking into song and/or dance from time-to-time.
