One of - if not the most influential comedy movies, and a bona fide classic, Billy Wilder's Some Like It Hot, uses the strengths of the main actors to the best of its ability: Marilyn Monroe's undeniable sex appeal, Tony Curtis' suave "Can do" attitude, and Jack Lemmon's legendary comedic chops. The movie brings together all aspects of cinema to create a viewing experience that can only be described as Cinematic joy. It's a roller-coaster of laughs, excitement and sympathy, as you begin to feel for the ne'er do well main characters, and the unsuspecting blonde beauty, in an adventure that has its own special place in the history of comedy movies.
